In 2012, English Heritage considered whether The Point in Milton Keynes
should be listed.

Please could you supply any documents that were produced as a result of
this work, including The Designation Report, the Consultation Report for
Listing and the resultant Certificate of Immunity issued by the Secretary
of State. 

Under the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) 2004, I am able to
provide you with that information. Please see attached the documents
produced by Historic England (then English Heritage) and documents created
by consultees as a response to the 2012 application, including the
Certificate of Immunity.

I should also make you aware that some information has been removed under
the following exemption: 

Regulation 12(3)- Third party personal data, the disclosure of which would
breach one or more of the data protection principles in the data
protection legislation.
