Dear Post Office Limited,
I would request the Minutes of the Board meeting for August 7th 2013, and papers for that Board, including the paper prepared by Bond Dickinson on potential risks with Horizon and how this might impact on insurance coverage. (Bond Dickinson are now known as Womble Bond Dickinson).
If possible could I have a copy of the Insurance Policy Document (Directors and Officers Policy) as it applied then, which related to this request.

The Post Office has failed to deliver my FOI request of February 28th for the Bond Dickinson Board paper/s on liability insurance which was referred at the Pubic Inquiry, for August 2013. I had also asked for subsequent Board papers where the insurance papers were discussed for September and October 2013. These have not been provided to me but I discovered later, but not from you, these were provided to Eleanor Shaikh. I had also asked for the Insurance documents from AIG. These have not been received. I did receive acknowledgement of my request in early March from you and no indication that you had not got the documents.
