The number of young people by gender, with severe depression, self harming and suicide

The request was refused by Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust.

Dear Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust,

We attribute abuse and behaviour problems, low aspirations and underachievement culture in Bradford to the Local Authority’s unique protocol on Child Protection, Equality and Diversity Policies and procedures. In evidence, please provide, by gender identity, the number of self-harm, severe depression cases and suicides/attempted by young people in your district and for comparison, the National Average.

Yours faithfully,

Gerry Hannah

Dear Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust,
Thank you for requesting clarification.
We attribute abuse and behaviour problems, low aspirations and underachievement culture in Bradford to the Local Authority’s unique protocol on Child Protection, Equality and Diversity Policies and procedures.

To Clarify: We are researching a Gender inequality that may be the cause of a recent increases in crimes, mostly against women and girls. We request health data about young people from the most recent 12-month period available between 2014 and 2016 so that we can compare like for like data between populations of Bradford and the residents of Angus, Scotland, Belfast and Glasgow where strong assertive young women dominate Politics, commerce etc.

In evidence, please provide, by gender identity, the number of self-harm, severe depression cases and suicides/attempted by young people in your district and for comparison, the National Average.

To Clarify this requested data: We found disturbing evidence regarding risk levels of abuse, emotional and behavioural problems for children living in Bradford that, on first glance, appear dependant on their gender. We request the physical manifestation of this in medical data showing the ratio between young men and women who self-harm, suffer anxiety and attempt suicide. We noted the total infant mortality is available on-line but the ratio between girls and boys would be very useful, Thank you again

Yours faithfully,

Gerry Hannah

Dear Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust's handling of my FOI request 'The number of young people by gender, with severe depression, self harming and suicide'.

Several Government Ministries require this very basic information be kept up to date. North Yorkshire freely provided this same information request freely within a week. This demanding £37,500 additional costs for exactly the same, 'Bradford' statistics is ridiculously Pythonesque and supports my allegations with evidence recorded by IICSA (Ref: IICSA0000796) of a gross cover-up, a vile Scandal far worse than Rotherham and Hillsborough combined just recently passed onto Operation Hydrant.

Other Local Authorities in Yorkshire recognise the crucial work we do proving the value and positive outcomes of efficient child protection strategies. Each provided distressing information or data in the best interests of children's welfare. We contrast control districts against Bradford, the most dangerous UK region (of 500,000) for women and children against the UK's poorest, yet safest and highest achieving. Our research found 20% of children aged 5 to 19 took their own life in Bradford last year. I want you to take this opportunity to challenge our data before we update the correct Office of Inquiry .

Evidence from hundreds of parents and over 60 Solicitors shows Bradford Authorities routinely corrupt and conceal evidence of Rape, Domestic Abuse and Child Abuse on a massive scale. Infant mortality is almost 3 times National Average (NHS). Youth Crime worst in the UK and unless the requested information proves me wrong, more than One in Five children will Die before their 19th Birthday. 80% of Girls under 16 raped and/or seriously abused. Girls from 5 years old, threatened with FGM, FM and HBV, chose to end their life before their 16th birthday. Their Blood is on your hands; please reveal the truth to stop this atrocity
