Having completed a check of our records, I can confirm that the Commission does not hold information falling within the scope of your request.
The Commission has visibility of Camelot’s controls in respect of retailer fraud as the regulator of the National Lottery, undertaking periodic compliance work around this and is notified of some specific instances of fraud.
This information may be processed by Camelot as the operator of the National Lottery.
