1.Please can you provide the number of retailer fraud cases discovered and subsequently investigated by Camelot in regard to the national lottery and all of it's scratchcard games from November 1994 to December 2020?
2.Please can you provide the number of successful retailer fraud prosecutions in relation to Camelot and the national lottery and all of it's scratchcard games between November 1994 and December 2020?
3.Please can you provide the number of alleged retailer fraud cases which were reported to Camelot by customers in regard to the national lottery and all of it's scratchcard games between November 1994 and December 2020?

Having completed a check of our records, I can confirm that the Commission does not hold information falling within the scope of your request.

The Commission has visibility of Camelot’s controls in respect of retailer fraud as the regulator of the National Lottery, undertaking periodic compliance work around this and is notified of some specific instances of fraud.

This information may be processed by Camelot as the operator of the National Lottery.
