a) The number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued for parking violations in the 2022 calendar year, specifically those matching each of the following contravention codes:

b) I also request, if available, the number of car parking spaces within all council-owned car parks.

Unfortunately, we are still working on this, and the final response to your request has been delayed. I wish to sincerely apologise for this delay, and any resulting inconvenience caused. Due to an unprecedented volume of Freedom of Information Requests currently, some of our requests are unfortunately exceeding the 20 working day deadline.
