Dear Luton Borough Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Luton Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'The number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued for parking violations in 2022'.
Please could you provide the number of PCNs issued for each individual contravention code, rather than grouping them together? The codes were only grouped in the initial request for ease of reading, but I require data for each individual code.
Also, it appears that you have sent the FOI data for a separate request multiple times as a response to this request. I'm not sure why this has happened but it could mean that data getting lost as it is not attached to the correct FOI request.
Yours faithfully,
Jamie Dixon

Subject: RE: Internal review of Freedom of Information request - The
number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued for parking violations in
2022
Good afternoon
Can you please clarify what you mean in your last paragraph? I've looked
at the response for this FOI and it appears to have gone solely to this
email address on one occasion only. Could it be an issue with 'what do
they know' as I note you tend to contact us through them (note this is not
a requirement, you can email us yourself).
I can refer your request for a review through to the team to look at
whether the original response adequately answered the question you asked
(an internal review). They have 20 working days in which to do consider
this and reply. However, having looked at what your question was and how
they answered it, I am confident that they will respond to say they are
not upholding your complaint (because the question you asked was answered
and you didn’t give the clarity you've given below the first time round).
Before I process this as a review therefore, please confirm that this is
your intention, rather than submitting the clarified request as a new
request?
Kind regards
