Request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 
 
Thank you for your email dated 14 July 2020, requesting information regarding NHS staff that 
have returned to practice. 
 
Please find detailed below a summary of your request, together with our response. 
 
Summary of your request:  
Under the Freedom Of Information Act, I would like to request data on the number of 
Health Practitioners that have returned to the NHS under your Foundation Trust to support 
it during COVID-19, including retired practitioners who have returned to service and those 
who have rejoined the NHS. 
 
To date the Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust have appointed 3 returners.  One of 
these returners has already left the Trust. 
 
 
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the right to ask for an internal 
review.  Internal review requests should be submitted within two months of the date of receipt of 
the response to your original letter and should be addressed to: xxxx.xxx@xxx.xxx. 
 
Please remember to quote the reference number in any future communications. 
 
If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have the right to apply directly 
to the Information Commissioner for a decision.  The Information Commissioner’s offices will be
