Your request:

"I would like to request data on the number of Health Practitioners that have returned to the NHS under your Foundation Trust to support it during COVID-19, including retired practitioners who have returned to service and those who have rejoined the NHS".

Our response:
We can confirm <5 retired health practitioner(s) temporarily re-joined Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust during the COVID-19 response.

We have used the <5 sign to indicate 5 or less. Disclosure of the exact number risks identifying individuals which would be a breach of their rights under the Data Protection Act 2018, and therefore the information is exempt from release under section 40(2) FOIA.

We hope you are satisfied with the way in which your request was handled, if not you may request an internal review at the above email address within 28 days of this letter. When contacting the Trust please use the above reference that is unique to your request.

If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may seek further recourse by lodging an appeal with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF or on the ICO’s website via the following link: https://ico.org.uk/global/contact-us/
