Dear Mrs C Emery,

In response to your Freedom of Information request I have been advised by the relevant department that we are unable to provide this information as our IT systems does not record specific referral reasons in this way.

Unfortunately, we are unable to report on this level of detail without a manual trawl through a considerable amount of information which would exceed the appropriate time limit for compliance under section 12 of the FOI Act.

If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards

FOI Team
