1)The lead researcher / staff member of the project that applied for the financial assistance,
2) The department with which they are associated
3) The purpose of the award / grant / financial assistance - i.e. the project or title of the research for which the grant was made.
4) The monetary value of the awards made
5) The date the award / grant etc was granted

Most of the information you have requested is readily available and is therefore exempt from disclosure under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act.

Information about donations to the College is available via the College's Annual Fundraising Report.
The Giving website (https://www.imperial.ac.uk/giving/annual...) contains Reports covering 2013/14 to present, and pdf copies of reports covering 2010/11 to 2012/13 are attached. The reports include the names of all donors who have given more than £1,000 to the College, with the exception of those who have chosen to remain anonymous.
