However, without revealing the addresses can you provide accurate figures for the numbers of residential properties in the borough which:

2) have been empty for more than 6 months;
3) have been empty for more than 12 months;
4) have been empty for more than 2 years;
5) have been empty for more than 6 years;

You have previously chosen to withold information on the locations or
addresses of empty residential properties in the borough of Hammersmith
and Fulham, citing concerns about squatters. However, without revealing
the addresses can you provide accurate figures for the numbers of
residential properties in the borough which:

1) have been empty for more than 3 months;
2) have been empty for more than 6 months;

We are dealing with your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
and we aim to send a response by 10 September 2018 - this is 20 working
days from the date of receipt.

all of the information you have requested. We will carry out an assessment
and if any exemptions apply to some or all of the information then we

This request is being handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
 
I am writing to let you know that it is unlikely that we would be able to
report on the time bands you have asked for, for all property
categories. Could you please let me know whether it would be useful to you
if we were able to report on empty properties for under 2 years and empty
over 2 years.

I will not be able to take this matter further without this extra
information from you. Please let me know by 10/12/2018. If I do not hear
from you within the timeframe provided, I shall take it that you do not
wish to pursue this request and will consider the request closed.

I would like to know why it is unlikely that you be able to report on the time bands I have asked for.
