Can you please provide me with the following information:

• The number of women made compulsorily redundant by Westminster Council while on maternity leave in 2008, 2009, 2010 & 2011.

• The ethnicity of women made compulsorily redundant by Westminster Council while on maternity leave in 2008, 2009, 2010 & 2011. (Can you please break ‘white ethnicity’ down into its constituent parts e.g. White Irish)

• Provide a breakdown of how many of the women made compulsorily redundant by Westminster Council while on maternity leave were full time and part-time

Can you also provide me with:

•       The following number of employees were made compulsorily redundant
while on maternity leave:

Council while on maternity leave in 2008, 2009, 2010 & 2011. (Can you

•       2011 breakdown: White – 6; BME or ethnicity unknown – 3

 

•       We are unable to release further detailed ethnicity information
relating to 2010 and 2011. This is exempt under Data Protection Act,
Section 40 (2) as it will enable to identify individuals and doing so
would breach principle 1 of the DPA. Data Protection Act 1998 (Fair and
Lawful Processing).  This is because it would be unfair to those people
who could be identified in the information who have no expectation that
their personal data would be made public. Under section 17 of the Freedom
of Information Act this response constitutes a Refusal Notice in respect
of this information.

 

3.    Provide a breakdown of how many of the women made compulsorily
redundant by Westminster Council while on maternity leave were full time
and part-time

is exempt under Data Protection Act, Section 40 (2) as it will enable to
