The need for passport should a man not represent a state or be a diplomat

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Waiting for an internal review by HM Passport Office of their handling of this request.

Dear HM Passport Office,
I read in law dictionaries, which the language which is used in Statutes and Acts that a passport is a document issued by a belligerent (one that is hostile or aggressive, especially one that is engaged in war) to a diplomatic representative of an enemy state after the outbreak of war, to enable a person (it does not specify what type that person, whether it be a human, legal, natural, private, public etc etc) to return to the country represented, by virtue of the immunity of diplomatic representatives.

So me being a man child of God the creator of the universe, (not the god creator of the UK) and not a person of any kind, are there other documents which are recognized by transporters to enable me to travel in peace, not as a diplomat and not at war with any state and not representing the UK, to cross the fictitious borders of UNITED KINGDOM and board airplanes and boats etc to go to other landmasses across the planet for the reasons of peaceful travel and the right to roam and peruse happiness and return to these shores without let or hindrance.

Yours faithfully,

nethy

The officials that deal with FOI requests at the lowest levels have no idea what's going on, rather predictably they read from official scripts that cover every eventuality and provide answers accordingly, looking though the requests we see the same official responses often word for word of what's gone before, but more usually re-phrased to make it a little less obvious. Not so for those higher up the management chain that process FOI requests that cannot be dealt with in the ordinary way, their job is more to do with devising ways of evading FOI requests or to render them invalid or neutral, sometimes it's beyond even their capabilities, then the legal people become involved as is so often the case as in many FOI requests, however we can take some satisfaction knowing that as we become more educated it is progressively getting harder for them to hide behind officialdom.

We are just beginning to see the first real signs of progress, in the acknowledgment of the relationship between the 'person' and the 'state', take look at the Apple website and look under legal notices.

Dear HM Passport Office, As the alloted time has been passed for you to reply to my foi request, I am assuming that the correspondance officer is having difficulty in conjuring up a response to this request. I as a man and not a person would be happy to settle this request with an answer from the passport office along the lines of "sorry we cannot reply to a living man as we only recognise persons and all legislation we are bound by is to a person, therefore we are not under an obligation to a man to disclose such information" However if this is not the case I require you to reply in full. Thankyou.

Yours faithfully,

nethy

I wonder...it will be interesting to see, will you eventually get a response from person playing the role of an officer or an individual playing the role of a man or woman?

Dear HM Passport Office,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of HM Passport Office's handling of my FOI request 'The need for passport should a man not represent a state or be a diplomat'.

I am still awaiting a response after alloted time has passed, The lack of acknowledgment makes a mockery of this FOI facility illusion for all to see. Why is this taking so long? Is this request an unreasonable one for a man to make? Or should I apply for this information in the LEGAL PERSONS (fictions dead status ?). I am dissatisfied with the passports office response as there is no response. You are either ignorant or are unable to answer and/or unwilling and/or blind to and do not recognise the man in your 2 dimensional state, as opposed to a 3 dimensional living being man. It will be a revelation if you continue to reply with a roaring silence. Have I flumoxed you into silence for the sake of protecting the scam of the PERSON instead of the man. Ha

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/t...

Yours faithfully,

nethy
