Insurance requests in line with ABI/LMA membership: whilst we are
reviewing the ABI/NPPC Data Sharing Guidance v2.2, we will not be
processing requests under this MOU without consent from the Data
Subject/Insured. To submit a valid request to our office, you can utilise
the former Appendix D(a) or (b) form or provide a signed letter of
authority dated within six months from the Data Subject/Insured alongside
your Appendix D(a) mandate (new form) until this matter has been reviewed
for clarity.
