The names of the landlords of the 158 properties Doug Simmons procured licenses for rds of the 158 licensed properties which Doug Simmons got licenses for
Dear Brighton and Hove City Council,
I would like the names of all the landlords of the 158 properties which Doug Simmons procured licenses for ,i have the list of properties ,the council would have to know the names of the owners of the properties which they are giving new licenses to ,the landlords are legally responsible for everything that occurs on their property especially if it involves serious crime .
A solicitor of a notorious landlord with 280 properties in Brighton and Hove was on the court licensing list with Doug Simmons ,he was highlighted to me by the court clerk ,he knew of the former tile shop in Eastern rd and told me i did not need a solicitor he would prep me, well ,the appeal PTR was overturned and Rebecca Sidell attended the PTR arguing for this business to get a licence paid for out of the public purse by this council ,which also overruled police advice ,the civil servants involved in this are using public money for crime and for private landlords it is in the public interest to release the names of the landlords .
I have all the court papers regarding this and the list ,i took this to the parliamentary ombudsman and just as this council had contacted the IPCC and the local Ombudsman on behalf of this business they also contacted and lied to the parliamentary ombudsman on behalf of this supposedly privately owned business which appears to have the full run of the public purse .
To clarify i would like the names of the landlords of all 158 properties which Doug Simmons procured licences for .
Yours faithfully,
Mrs Mary Grace Gribbin

Dear
You sent me a list of the properties which Doug Simmons procured licenses for ,i have that list as one of your officers responded to someone else not me .The above request is very important as my footage went to customs and excise regarding licensing crime it is in the public interest to know the names of the landlords behind these properties ,why have they not been prosecuted what links to they have with the council ? that they have the use of public money .
Fifty four thousand pounds was of public money was spent making sure two Sainsburys did not get licences one in North Rd one in St James Street ,which is awash with licensed convenience stores and supermarkets selling alcohol ,you used public money for a lawyer to make sure St Mary s Convenience store on Eastern Rd (former tile shop)
got a licence even over ruling police advice ,as a council you promoted and sanctioned through your actions shocking abuse criminal damage to property abuse of the elderly and serious slander ,you visited threatened for this business ,yet you will not spend a couple of hours revealing the names of the landlords who own these licensed properties which Doug Simmons obtained licences for ,i think you need to be transparent on this key question or do you have something to hide ,it is in the public interest if civil servants are facilitating crime with public money and allowing landlords to operate outside of the law without prosecution .
Yours sincerely,
Mrs Mary Grace Gribbin
Dear Brighton and Hove City Council
It is in the public interest to know the names of the landlords of the 158 businesses Doug Simmons procured licenses for many of which are involved in licensing crime ,they appear to be able to operate outside of normal legal restraints and after being caught selling to children retain their licenses ,why?
My footage went to Customs and excise and is now with the House of Lords
Yours faithfully,
Mrs Mary Grace Gribbin

Licensing in Brighton is a very dark horse indeed - alcohol and particularly taxi licensing. Despite shockingly increased complaints about taxis in Brighton neither council nor police seem to notice or prosecute any law flouting by taxis. Despite an entire YouTube channel ( brightonTaxiMania) showing criminal offences ( Hackney Carriage bye-law 7b contraventions) or traffic offences such as obstructions of vehicles, blocking disabled and parking bays, ignoring Highway Code rule 123 and idling their carcinogenic diesel engines constantly outside people's homes. Theyre also not interested in the verbal abuse and harassment shown on YouTube against complaining residents.
The Brighton Green Party who is in power and should protect residents from being gassed by carcinogenic taxi diesel fumes in their houses doesn't seem to be interested in environment, pollution and public health when they're in power themselves....
After voting green my entire life, I won't ever confuse the UK Greens with real Greens.
