The name of the developer asking for pre planning advice for Windsor Fields

The request was successful.

Christopher J Spain

Dear Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council,
It has come to my attention that a resident of Dane Bank Denton phoned the planning dept about a proposed planning permission for the land known as Windsor fields Dane Bank, Denton. They were told that no formal application has been made but that a pre planning advice was submitted but claimed that you don't know who made it. That clearly can't be true. So my questions are very specific, The name of anybody or company that has requested pre planning advice. Also given the scope and feelings of residents why we as residents were not treated as stakeholders in this process as given in guidance on pre planning advice on the .Gov website.

Yours Faithfully.

Mr Christopher J Spain

Dear Freedom Of Information Requests,
I find in incredible that you can not answer two simple questions that do not need extensive research. You must have the preplanning applicants name if a request was made for advice. The second question is also smple, why did you not consult other stakeholders.

Yours sincerely,

Christopher J Spain
