The murder of five-year-old Logan Mwang
Dear Bridgend County Borough Council,
The Daily Mail reports that social workers requested to be anonymised during court proceedings concerning the murder of Logan Mwang:
'But at every step in proceedings Bridgend Council has tried to hide their missed opportunities to save Logan, with social workers requesting to be anonymised during court proceedings.'
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article...
1. Please provide all recorded information relating to the reasons underpinning their request.
2. Please provide the number of social workers who had direct contact with at least one of the murderous trio Cole, Williams and Mulligan.
After the sentences were handed down your lawyers requested anonymity for Mulligan because it 'could affect his rehabilitation'.
3. Please provide all information I am entitled to under FOIA relating to your reasons for supposing that it could affect Mulligan's rehabilitation.
Yours faithfully,
J Roberts
