Handbook covers all management roles within LU and is available to all
staff. 

I can arrange for a complete set to be sent you if you can you provide a
postal address and I will arrange for this to be sent.   Alternatively you
can collect a set from our offices here at St James's Park or I can
arrange for you to collect it from any LU Station.
