Please could you provide a list of the local authority areas
(including your own) where you offered temporary accommodation to
homeless households between the 1st July 2014 to the 30th June
2015.

Please could you provide the following information for each of
these local authorities:
 Number of offers of temporary accommodation in the local
authority you made to households in this time period and the number
of these offers accepted
 Number of offers of temporary accommodation in the local
authority you made to households with dependent children in this
time period and the number of these offers accepted
 Number of households who accepted an offer of temporary
accommodation in the local authority and subsequently requested a
review of the suitability of the offer under Section 202 of the
Housing Act 1996.
