3. How many jobs with the Council are currently paid less than the Living Wage? This now stands at £7.65 an hour.
4. How many of the jobs paid less than £7.65 an hour are part-time?
5. How many of the jobs paid less than £7.65 an hour are done by female employees?
6. Some employees may hold two or more part-time jobs within the Council - how many people are employed in the jobs paid less than £7.65 an hour?

Dear Ceredigion Council
Your response to my Freedom of Information request sent on 16th December 2013 is now long overdue.
As I'm sure you are aware, by law public authorities must respond promptly to requests, and in nearly all cases must respond within 20 working days.
Please provide the information as requested.
I would also like to clarify question 1 - when you respond please can you provide this figure as the actual number of jobs (rather than workers), so that it is comparable to questions 3 - 5.
