Dear Mr Tillman

Thank you very much for providing the information requested. Could you clarify please, is the 8,744 figure given in question one the number of posts, or an actual headcount?

If it is a headcount, could you please provide the figure as the number of posts?

Kind regards
Kay Polley

FOIA, Carmarthenshire Council

Dear Ms Polley,

Thank you for your email.

Please clarify whether you are seeking the number of posts (FTE headcount) or the number of posts actually occupied.

For example, if a person has three posts (school caretaker, crossing patrol and lunchtime assistant, for instance) do you wish for them to be counted three times?

Yours sincerely

Dear Mr Tillman

Yes in that example the person would be counted 3 times. I am trying to find out how many individual jobs there are with the council.

Many thanks
Kay Polley
