Dear Ministry of Justice,
I would like to know the exact legislation stated in Section 44 (now repealed) of the Terrorism Act as I am unable to find this repealed legislation on the government's legislation site. I would also like to know how many times this particular piece of legislation was enforced and how many successful convictions were gained from the use of Section 44.
