I would like to know more about the level of use of the Hythe Community Centre on Thorpe Road.

Specifically can you tell me:
* How much income the site has generated in 2018-19
*How much income the site has generated in 2017-18
*How many hours per week the centre is booked Mon - Friday 9-5 for the large hall
*How many hours per week the centre is booked Monday -Friday for the smaller rooms
*How many hours per week the centre is booked Mon - Friday evenings for the large hall
*How many hours per week the centre is booked Mon - Friday evenings for the smaller rooms
*How many hours per week the centre is booked at the weekends.

*Can you also provide a breakdown of what bookings were in the hall and when for June 2019? PLease distinguish between one off ad hoc bookings and regular bookings.

The information I have is as follows:-

 

Our Finance team have advised:

 

How much income the site has generated in 2018-19 - £73,770

How much income the site has generated in 2017-18 - £85,557

 

Our Community Development have advised:-

 

How many hours per week  the centre is booked Mon -  Friday 9-5 for the
large hall

How many hours per week the centre is booked Monday -Friday for the
smaller rooms

How many hours per week  the centre is booked Mon -  Friday evenings for
the large hall

How many hours per week  the centre is booked Mon -  Friday evenings for
the smaller rooms

How many hours per week  the centre is booked at the weekends.

 

The usage information is not broken down into time slots as this would
have to be done manually and the use varies from week to week so we can’t
give a standard number of hours use. What we have is a breakdown of use in
2017/18 for all the rooms in the table below:
