The housing waiting list criteria

Currently waiting for a response from Southwark Borough Council, they should respond promptly and normally no later than (details).

Dear Southwark Borough Council,

Your housing allocation policy states at section 5.23 that households with a reasonable preference but no local connection will be placed in Band 4. I would like to know how many households have been placed into Band 4 for this exact reason out of the last 100 households who have been awarded Band 4 priority?

Yours faithfully,

Jo Staines

Dear Pauline Morille,

My request was referring to the section quoted below (paragraph (a) under 5.23.5):

5.23.5 This Band comprises a number of categories of applicant who either
(a) would not have qualified under this Policy but for the London Borough
of Southwark having decided that they should be given a reasonable
preference under
s166A(3),

Please let me know if anymore clarification is required.

Yours sincerely,

Jo Staines
