Further to our email of 05/01/ 2018, acknowledging your request for
information, we are currently processing your request under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.  The 20 working day deadline 01/02/18, as outlined

Information Act. I can confirm that Hertfordshire County Council does
hold  the information you have requested and can respond as follows:

 

Please see the attached file. Please note some information has been
redacted from the documents in black. The County Council believes this
information is exempt from disclosure under Section 40(2) of the Freedom
of Information Act 2000, relating to third party personal data.  The
disclosure of names not already in the public domain would contravene the
first Data Protection principle due to none of the conditions in Schedule
2 of the Data Protection Act being satisfied.  As a result we are unable
to disclose this information.
