Dear Osmond, Julie (SF - Culture & Sport - Cadw),

Thank you for your kind and courteous reply.
In response to your message dated 13th June 2014 “all information concerning the meeting that took place on 27 February 2012 between Defra officials, representatives from Welsh Government (including Cadw), Countryside Council for Wales and Flintshire Council and subsequent developments including all letters, emails, reports and notes of telephone conversations.” is an accurate description of the information I have requested.
I would expect most of the information to come from the Office of the Nature Conservation Policy Unit of the Welsh Government as they appear to have organised the original meeting in Welshpool and subsequently to have been an activist in further developments

Yours sincerely,

Colin Barber
