I am writing to make an open government request for all the information to which I am entitled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
1. Confirmation Yarm Town Council is the owner of The Fellowship Hall, West Street, Yarm TS15 9BT.
2. Accounts and audits from 2014 to date, for The Fellowship Hall.
3. Names of the trustees of The Fellowship Hall.
4.Names of the committee of The Fellowship Hall.
5. Copies of Liability Insurance, Risk assessments, Alcohol licences, Fire safety certificates.
It would be helpful if you were to provide any brief notes which might be necessary to understand the context of the information provided, although I recognise that you are not obliged to do this.
If this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the Act, you are required to advise and assist requester's. If any of this information is already in the public domain, please can you direct me to it, with page references and URLs if necessary.
If the release of any of this information is prohibited on the grounds of breach of confidence, I ask that you supply me with copies of the confidentiality agreement and remind you that information should not be treated as confidential if such an agreement has not been signed.
I understand that you are required to respond to my request within the 20 working days after you receive this request.
With regard to your FOI request, Yarm Town Council is limited in its
ability to respond to all the requests.
In response to question 1, Yarm Town Council purchased the Yarm Fellowship
Building in February 1996.
In July 1999, a lease was granted to Yarm Fellowship Committee at a
peppercorn rent for 25 years, the lease was subsequently extended to 2039.
Question 2, Yarm Town Council does not hold the accounts for Yarm

Unfortunately you have by law failed to respond to this FOI, You have also responded to this FOI without the permission of Yarm Town Council, you have took it upon yourself to do so without consulting Yarm Town Council. Your chairman has responded directly and will provide the answers to this FOI on his return from holiday which falls within the legal deadline for a response.
