Dear Suffolk County Council,

I am writing to make an open government request for all the information to which I am entitled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Can we ask you to supply us answers to the following questions within 20 working days from receipt of this request:

Do you use Microsoft or Google as your office productivity tool?

1. If Google, when does your current agreement finish?
2. If Microsoft, can you provide details of your Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA) including:
a) The commencement date of the present agreement;
b) The term (in months) of the agreement and its termination date;

I would like the above information to be provided to me on paper or in electronic format. My contact address is outlined below under my signature.

If this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the Act, you are required to advise and assist requesters. If any of this information is already in the public domain, please can you direct me to it, with page references and URLs if necessary?
