I note from this Oxford Mail story (https://www.oxfordmail.co.uk/news/238780...) that you have recently sold the Eagle and Child pub to Oracle's Larry Ellison's foundation.

My questions are:

1) How much did you sell it for?
2) Please give a list of the terms and conditions of the sale, that is to say how much of the original structure will be retained.
3)Does St John's College use Oracle software as part of its IT infrastructure?
4)If the answer to (3) is yes, how much money does the College spend each year on Oracle licensing fees?
