the Data Sharing Agreement between PHE and DWI

AEHSP made this Freedom of Information request to Department of Health and Social Care

Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

The request was successful.

Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

In a response to a different FOI request (FOI-1407001) you stated "the files you have requested, although created by Public Health England, contain data provided from the Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI), and under the Data Sharing Agreement with DWI, we are not permitted to share this information."

I request a copy of the Data Sharing Agreement between Public Health England (PHE) and the Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) referenced by that statement.

If there have been revisions to the Data Sharing Agreement since 2010, please provide me copies of each of the revisions. However, if it would expedite your response, I request just the current version, along with the year the current version first came into affect.

Yours faithfully,

Chris Neurath
for AEHSP
