The costs associated with Mill Road bus gate TRO & the historical spend on Mill Road on road/pedestrian infrastructure
Dear Cambridgeshire County Council,
I wish to make an FOI request as follows -
How much has been spent so far on creating the Bus Gate 2023 TRO for Mill Road, on legal advice from creation of TRO to current stage of court case, on barristers / counsel etc. What if any estimates are there for the costs going forward of the court case - win or lose.
How much has been spent on developing road plans & physical change to infrastructure on Mill Road in Petersfield & Romsey in the last 10 years? What was the budgeted spend on infrastructure for 2024?
How much has been spent on equipment to implement modal filter- cameras etc to date. How much more spend will be required?
Yours faithfully,
Paul Lythgoe
