To Barking and Dagenham Borough Council
Subject Freedom of Information request - The Corporate Fraud Team within LBBD
Dear Barking and Dagenham Borough Council,

It has come to my attention that The Corporate Fraud Team within
LBBD deploy underhand tactics in pursuit of their targets especially
vulnerable women in the borough.
Can you confirm or deny if your Corporate Fraud Team works can be
construe as :
1)racial harassment based on listening to their phone calls
2) pursue their target based on ethnic origin
3) if your operatives follow their codes of conducts
4) are teenagers from Barking College deployed on their
assignments, are they on your payroll?
5)Does The Corporate Fraud Team within LBBD deploy young
blacks/white/ asian boys to pursue suspected target to intimidate/
harass / repeat/ the suspect back ground information to them?
6) do you use professional investigators only or deploy agency
staff without training?
7) does the team perpetrate false information to their targets
employers?
8) How many targets is the team pursuing currently and what is
their racial statistics?

The number of cases investigated by the Corporate Fraud Team is
periodically reported to the Council’s Members and this information is
publically available via the Council’s web site.

            We do not maintain case ethnicity data so cannot answer this
part of the question.
