Dear Broxbourne Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Broxbourne Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'The construction Environmental Management plan And construction Traffic Management Plan'.

I can only locate the CMP on the reference you have provided, not the The construction Environmental Management plan. Where can I find the The construction Environmental Management plan, is there a separate reference?

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/t...

Dear Nathalie Boateng,

Thank you for the document attached.

To confirm this is the CEMP that will be used throughout the High Leigh Garden Village development and phase 1 reserved matters?

On a side note, the document also clearly states "The project will be registered with the Considerate Construction Scheme". But this still hasn't been done and also was not done at the time the works previously took place regarding the roundabout.

Yours sincerely,

Thomas Coward
