Dear Liverpool City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Liverpool City Council's handling of my FOI request 'The Black Stuff and Joe’s Fluff'.

Please could you widen you email search parameters.

It seems unbelievable that, although this was a Mayoral Recommendation from 2015, that there are so few emails that have been returned in your search, and nothing before 2020.

Could you also include in your search terms:

"Mark Doyle" "Nigel Huntington" "King Construction" "Liverpool Highways Training Academy" "LHTA" "Liverpool in Work" "Highways Academy"

And could you please review the Claire Slinger emails which have been completely redacted, making them useless as far as transparency is concerned.

Thank you for your help,

Matt
