Dear Information Requests,
On Twitter, Cllr Richard Kemp CBE Lib Dem posted the following tweet 8:14 AM - 22 Apr 2019
I have been reassured that the council investigation into the potential match day car parking irregularities in North Liverpool are almost complete. I suspect that it will not be released until after the elections but I do understand that it has been rigorous.
Due to the public statement made by Cllr Kemp and your response please pass this to the person who conducts the internal reviews
Yours sincerely,
Audrey O'Keefe

Josie - the only reason they replied I asked my MP to make a complaint on my behalf to Chief Executive Tony Reeves otherwise I would still be ignored.
Dear Information Requests,
Please add the below comment to my internal review.
''The City Council is the financial body that supports the CIC & other CIc’s, they wouldn’t exist as a sole entity, as the funding they receive is public funding!''
Yours sincerely,
Audrey O'Keefe

It is strange that the council state questions should be raised with the CIC. However, in the linked report from 2015 it states
As the surplus of circa £186,000 relates to income generated
from City Council land, authority is sought to approve the
allocation of the current and any future surplus to the CIC for
investment into new projects.
Why does the council not see it as relevant to oversee how monies in Beautiful Ideas Co are spent? This is particularly the case given the involvement of Councillors Small and O’Byrne in the Scheme.
Dear Liverpool City Council,
my 2nd request
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Liverpool City Council's handling of my FOI request 'The BIC Report/Coming Home Company'.

This FOI was put in on the 28th February, but was only responded to on the 24th April....an absolute disgrace!
All the polite reminders ignored.
LCC is now out of control and really doesn't give a damn about the democratic process
