Akinseye Toks \(RB\), Department for Business, Innovation and Skills

Dear Hannah,
Just to let you know that this request is not for me to action and I am
not the most appropriate officer to deal with this. However because of my
knowledge and experience gained working in the State Aid Branch ( I have
since moved to Research Base Directorate of BIS) which is the reason I
suspect this has been sent to me I believe the only information you may
get from State Aid Branch Colleagues is whether this is the a Regional aid
scheme or not. They won't be able to give the information on post codes as
requested. Nevertheless I am forwarding this to colleagues in the State
Aid Branch to confirm whether they will deal or not.

You may be better placed sending this to an official in the Economic
Development Directorate ( don't know who though) - which I believe used to
be the Regions Directorate under the old structure. They are responsible
for setting the Regional Aid Map which identifies postcodes for
assistance. They may be better placed to deal with this. The Business
Premises Renovation Allowance( BPRA) is also a HM Revenue and Customs (
HMRC) Scheme and they are responsible for the policy so you may wish to
copy them in on this request.

Please acknowledge receipt of this email and I would like confirmation
that I am no longer the designated action officer for this FOI request.
