to the revised Infant Feeding Consultation:
o 232 completed hardcopy questionnaires were received of which were:
o 226 collected/received from Children Centres
o 2 completed questionnaires sent to the Public Health Consultation

o 4 completed questionnaires posted to the Public Health Offices
o 562 completed online responses
o 2 written responses were received into the Public Health Consultation
mailbox
o 1 letter received into Public Health Consultation mailbox
o 1 Poem received into Public Health Consultation mailbox
o 3 clarification questions received into Public Health Consultation
mailbox
