Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

1. What action has the Health and Social Care Information Centre ("the HSCIC") and/or related bodies within the Dept of Health and Social Care taken to date to publicise and encourage use of the database of innovative medical treatments including the off-label use of medicines and the use of unlicensed medicines among medical practitioners and researchers under the The Access to Medical Treatments (Innovation) Act 2016.

2. What actions, plans and events does the HSCIC/related departmental agencies have to publicise the database in future and over what timescale?

3. What are the KPIs and metrics for measuring the success of the roll-out publicity strategy?

4. Who is overseeing the strategy?

5. How many entries have been placed on the register since its go-live date and the date of this FOI?

6. How many times has the register been accessed by researchers/HCPs?
