Request for information made pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA)
This is a request for information relating to Govia Thameslink and its operation of its Thameslink services. Please provide the following information:
1) Passenger loading data (manual and automatic count data) for each Thameslink Express service (calling pattern St Pancras, St Albans, Luton and Bedford) for weeks beginning 10 September, 17 September, 21 September and 1 October 2018.
2) Passenger loading data (manual and automatic count data) for each Thameslink service calling at Harpenden for weeks beginning 10 September, 17 September, 21 September and 1 October 2018.
3) All correspondence between DfT and Govia Thameslink since 1 July 2018 which concerns the passenger loadings of the Thameslink Express service (calling pattern St Pancras, St Albans, Luton and Bedford) or passenger loadings for services calling at Harpenden station.
