Dear Thames Water,

Please provide incidents of water leaks and burst drains and waterworks in the London Sw16 area from May 2016 to September 2019 specifically relating to Sunnyhill Road, Farm Avenue and the surrounding area.
1) Provide specific incident dates of leaks and waterworks
2) Provide volume of water leaked during each incident
3) Provide documentation as evidence of the leaks and waterworks
4) Provide documentation regarding roadworks and traffic management orders and contractor details during these incidents

Thames Water sent the response to this request via a 'secure file transfer' system as opposed to normal email which means the WhatDoTheyKnow was unable to automatically display the response.

The WhatDoTheyKnow Admin Team have attempted to retrieve the response upon being notified of this issue today, however the secure file transfer system presents an error message:

"The package you are trying to access is not available."

We have suggested the requester write back to Thames Water asking them to reply via normal email.
