Dear Transport for London,
a) The numbers of passengers using the Emirates Air Line each day,
in each direction (northbound and southbound), between Sunday 14 October
and Saturday 20 October 2018 inclusive.
b) A breakdown of passenger numbers per hour of operation during
that week. Please send this in a spreadsheet.
c) The number of multi-user ("5+") Oyster/contactless discounts issued that
week.
d) The number of paper multi-trip boarding passes sold that week,
and broken down by each day of the week.
e) The number of children carried at £1 each under the schools
scheme, broken down by each day of the week.
f) The number of adults carried free under the schools scheme,
broken down by each day of the week.
g) The number of private cabin hire bookings, broken down by each
day of the week.
h) The number of Discovery Experience tickets sold, broken down by
each day of the week.
i) The number of Thames Clippers package tickets sold, broken down
by each day of the week.
j) The number of people who were given complementary travel, broken
down by each day of the week.
k) The number of Oyster/contactless users, broken down by each day of the week.

Thank you for your e-mail. The Information Commissioner's Office have advised that any responses that include datasets should be sent in a machine readable format, we therefore issue these responses as .csv files. I believe there is sometimes an issue with the whatdotheyknow.com website and these type of files so I have attached a copy of the information in an Excel file.
