FOI, Transport for London

Dear Mr Collins

TfL Ref: 2192-222

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 9 December 2021 asking for various audio announcements. Please accept my apologies for the considerable delay in acknowledging your correspondence.

I would like to advise that we require a specific email address for these recordings to be sent to you. This is because the system works on a permissions basis for individual users, which generates a verification code for which an email account is required. An approved email address is then submitted together with the verification code to enable these announcements to be sent accordingly to the requestor.

Whilst an email address has been referenced in your email, we do require that you contact us directly via a private email address please and we shall be able to process your request for these recordings accordingly.

Once again, thank you for contacting us.

Yours sincerely

Dear FOI,

Thank you for your response.

You have said that I need to contact you via email, but unfortunately I do not know which address to send one to. If you could provide one for me, that would be great.

Yours sincerely,

Jay Collins

Dear FOI,

As you have not responded to my request, I submitted another, and it has been confirmed. No need to respond to this one.
