Thank you for your Freedom of Information request for various audio announcements received by us on 6 October 2021. Please accept my apologies for the delay in acknowledging your correspondence.

I would like to advise that we require a specific email address for these recordings to be sent to you. This is because the system works on a permissions basis for individual users, which generates a verification code for which an email account is required. An approved email address is then submitted together with the verification code to enable these announcements to be sent accordingly to the requestor.

In these circumstances, please contact us directly via a private email address and we shall be able to process your request for these recordings accordingly.
