Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
I am resident in Australia, and my pension (NI and SERPS) has been frozen since 2001. I am advised that this freeze too place in the early 1990s.
I am seeking the details of why this was discontinued and by whom(country)
I note that a series of 'reciprocal agreements" apply for UK Pensions payment to be indexed on a continuing basis, and there are a number of countries with such agreements in place
May I have a list of these countries and the dates and texts of these 'reciprocal agreements' under which continuing indexing is paid?
