Scottish Government did not have the information requested.

Dear Scottish Government,

Please make available to me a list of the Scottish Government's Partner Agencies, and Scottish Government Departments, currently, making use of the following empirical methods of detection in order to diagnose psychopathic trait levels in its employees; and the Partner Agencies, and Scottish Government Departments that utilise these tests when assessing the general populace for psychopathic trait levels.

The tests are as follows:

Test 1: Dr Robert D. Hare's, Psychopathy Checklist - Revised; or Screening Version; or Youth Version.

Test 2: World Health Organisation's, International Personality Disorder Examination tool.

Test 3: Dr Paul Babiak & Dr Robert D. Hare's, B-Scan 360 test.

Test 4: Dr Lawrence Farwell's, Brain FingerPrinting technology, which has been 100% accurate to date diagnosing the pathological liars (psychopathic trait) among any given populace.

Yours faithfully,

Peter McNab
