Testing Civil Servants for Psychopathic Traits

Oxford University's, Dr Kevin Dutton (psychologist), has stated that many civil servants (including politicians), are untrustworthy psychopaths. Psychopaths by nature are pathological liars. If this academic's research findings are true and accurate then the public surely has a right to know what the Government of Scotland is doing to right this wrong on your part. Therefore, please inform me which condition-specific testing methods the Scottish government makes use of to ensure that those psychopaths currently employed by you are identified and removed from public office? There are many tests available.
