Terms of reference for Local Investigations into Police Complaints

Dear South Wales Police,
This request concerns the Terms of Reference (TOR) used by your Professional Standards Department (PSD) during Local Investigations into police complaints.
I only want information pertaining to complaints about Police Officers and Special Constables
I want information for TORs written after 1st February 2020
Please exclude investigations directed by the Director General.
I would like:
1) A blank copy of the document used by your PSD to record and communicate TORs for Local Investigations into police complaints about Police Officers and Special Constables
2) the total number of such Local Investigations carried out .
3) The total number of such Local Investigations where the TORs were NOT supplied to the COMPLAINANT.
4) The total number of such Local Investigations where the TORs WERE supplied to the SUBJECTS of the complaint (ie officers complained about) as required under The Police (Complaints and Misconduct) Regulations 2020 section 17.2.A which reads: "except where paragraph (4) applies, provide a copy of the terms of reference of the investigation to the person concerned, or" and is available at https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2020...
5) The total number of Local Investigations where SUBJECTS of the complaint were notified that TORs were NOT be supplied as allowed under The Police (Complaints and Misconduct) Regulations 2020 section 17.2.B which reads: "where paragraph (4) applies, give the person concerned a notice stating that the terms of reference of the investigation are not being provided and explaining why" and is available at https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2020...
IF but only if the above information is considered too onerous to obtain under an FOI please supply answers to 3) 4) and 5) for a random selection of 100 local investigations.
