Terminations of legacy benefits when UC not awarded ? "Exceptional "re instatment of legacy benefits ?

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
How many UC claims lead to the termination of legacy benefits yet do not progress to a UC award being made. Please give figures over time periods of years since UC was initiated.
In how many cases has DWP re instated the legacy benefits on an "exceptional " basis ? Give figures by years please since UC was initiated. Please give reasons for the "exceptions" by numbers.
