Responses
Thank you for your request to the Welsh Government for information under the Freedom of
Information Act (2000) (FOIA) received on 15 July 2022 relating to the termination of
pregnancy arrangements in Wales. You requested the following:
1. Whether Welsh Government noticed the use of any other templates in responses
other than those utilised by Right to Life supporters?
2. To what extent a respondent had to deviate from a template before their responded
was deemed a unique and independent response from a template?
3. How many responses were discounted or counted as one from pro-life affiliated
groups?
4. How many responses were discounted or counted as one from pro-choice affiliated
groups?
5. Request two copies of pro-life affiliated response that were included in the
consultation [with names and other personal details redacted]
6. Request two copies of pro-life affiliated response that were not included in the
consultation [with names and other personal details redacted]
7. Request two copies of pro-choice affiliated responses that were included in the

Our Response
1. No, Welsh Government is not aware of any other templates that were used other
than by Right to Life supporters.
2. All individual responses were considered and included in the analysis.
