Thank you for your request to the Welsh Government for information under the Freedom of
Information Act (2000) (FOIA) received on 15 July 2022 relating to the termination of
pregnancy arrangements in Wales. I have interpreted your request as follows:
1. Whether Welsh Government were aware of the use of any other templates in
responses other than those utilised by Right to Life supporters?
2. To what extent a respondent had to deviate from a template before their responded
was deemed a unique and independent response from a template?
3. How many responses were discounted or counted as one from pro-life affiliated
groups?
4. How many responses were discounted or counted as one from pro-choice affiliated
groups?
5. Request two copies of pro-life affiliated response that were included in the
consultation [with names and other personal details redacted]
6. Request two copies of pro-life affiliated response that were not included in the
consultation [with names and other personal details redacted]
7. Request two copies of pro-choice affiliated responses that were included in the
responses [with names and other personal details redacted]

If we don’t hear from you by 20 July, we will proceed on this basis and you should receive a
response by Friday 12 August 2022.
